If you use Windows Vista - you need admin privileges.

1. Right click the program's start-up icon (probably sitting right there on your desktop, or click the Vista Start button and look for PrinterJob[Splitter] start icon in the Programs listing). ...RIGHT click that start-up icon and select "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR." Select OK, then double click the startup icon and see if she runs.
